  • Registration is only available to BMWMCC members.

    READ THIS: The OCR is a personal test of adventure and requires a large degree of self planning, independence and contingency. Accidents can and do happen, with recovery of rider and motorcycle expensive and possibly difficult. This registration is non-binding and registrant responsible for making their own travel arrangements within a loose coalition of like minded Club members.

Search the motorcycle related socials for "Off Centre Rally/run or OCR".  There is a (private) Facebook Group that Admins may answer your inquiry https://www.facebook.com/groups/573612616899695.

For the serious adventure rider then the OCR is a 40+ year classic.  Held every two years and involving a ride to a remote Australian location.

For 2028 the rally heads to Betoota Hotel Western Queensland.  Google Map link https://maps.app.goo.gl/ut7nEt2C2tHuVfUe7.

The OCR is held in remote parts of Australia with limited support of any kind.  Intending riders and their motorcycle need to be well prepared, allow for contingencies and be flexible to evolving conditions.  Having plenty of cash will also help with accommodation and mix of 5 star bush camping or Pubs.

Recovery of people and motorcycles is expensive from the remote areas of Australia.  Make sure you have ambulance cover as a minimum and take advantage of the Club Member Rider & First Aid Training program beforehand.

The BMWMCC has no involvement in the organisation of the OCR (Off Centre Rally/run).  Participants do so entirely at their own risk and responsible for all costs.  This event is posted for the general information to Club members and interested motorcycle community.
